Return Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

We at Cluster Technologies are dedicated to offering great IT solutions and great customer service. We know that sometimes you need to return something or get your money back. Our full returns and refunds policy is below. It is meant to be clear and fair for all of our customers.

Conditions for Returns:

You must pay for returns in advance.
The customer must guarantee the shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any damage or injury to hardware that happens during shipping.
You can't get your money back for shipping and storage fees.
Shipping costs will not be included in refunds.

Return Cap Limit:

Returns for items billed against a customer's purchase order (PO) are limited to £100,000.

 

Return Window and restocking fee:

There is no restocking fee if a product is returned within 30 days of the invoice date and meets the return policy.
If you return something after 30 days, you will have to pay a restocking fee.
Cluster Technologies has the right to look at returned items and, if it wants to, charge extra restocking fees or give partial credit.

 

Requirements for the Return Condition:

Restocking fees will apply to items that are returned in a condition that makes them unsellable.
Items that don't have their original accessories or that are returned broken will have to pay restocking fees.

 

 

 

Policy for Returns

We want to make the process of returning a product you bought directly from Cluster Technologies as easy as possible. You should know this:
Condition of the Product: To get a full refund, the item must be in its original, unused state and be sent back in its original packaging.
Return Authorization: You need to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before you can send anything back. Sorry, but we can't process returns without this approved number.
