Modern Slavery Statement
Modern Slavery Statement
Cluster Technologies is committed to doing business honestly and making sure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in any part of our operations or supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance policy against slavery, forced labour, and exploitation, and we expect all of our employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners to do the same. The leaders of our company are ultimately responsible for making sure that all of our policies and practices are ethical and open across all of our locations around the world. We have put in place several guidelines to support these values. For example, we have an Ethical Sourcing Policy to make sure that workers are treated fairly, a Whistle blowing Policy to protect people who report problems, and a Code of Conduct to guide behaviour throughout the company. We make sure that suppliers follow these rules by regularly checking in with them, doing risk assessments, and signing contracts. Also, employees get regular training on how to spot signs of modern slavery and what their duty is to report risks. Cluster Technologies works to fight modern slavery and protect human rights by always reviewing and improving our procedures. This creates a culture of openness, responsibility, and respect.

Commitment to Ethical Supply Chains
Cluster Technologies only works with third parties that follow the law, such as the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We won't work with suppliers or service providers who we think might be involved in slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking. We won't knowingly support supply chains where this kind of exploitation is possible. Our ethical standards say that all decisions about buying things and working together must respect human rights.
Supplier Risk Assessment Procedures
Cluster Technologies will not work with suppliers, partners, resellers, or other third parties that are at risk of exploitation or human trafficking. Because of how we do business, our third-party services rarely use enslaved persons or trafficked labour. But we carefully check all new and old third parties to find weaknesses and make sure they act ethically and responsibly. We look at business practices, contracts, and high-risk labour practices to make sure that people aren't being taken advantage of.
Compliance Declaration
This statement is in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and it is Cluster Technologies' official statement on slavery and human trafficking for the fiscal year mentioned. The Board of Directors has looked over it and approved it. The General Counsel and Secretary have signed it on their behalf.
