Corporate Responsibility
Corporate Responsibility
Cluster Technologies make IT that works well for business and is good for people seeking latest tech assistance and in corporate sectors who need their IT infrastructures built rapidly for seamless workflow.
Responsible technology is more than just a policy; it's how we come up with, get, and deliver solutions every day.

How we do things
Digital Inclusion, Community & Charity, Sustainable Tech, and People & Ethics are the four main areas we focus on when it comes to being responsible. Each pillar leads to real programs and actions that can be measured, so our customers, partners, and team can count on technology today and in the future.
1. Digital inclusion, using technology as a way to learn
Technology opens up new possibilities. We give schools, charities, and community groups the tools and skills they need to do well. Donation and refurbishment program: working with partners to fix up secure, factory-reset hardware for schools and non-profits in the area. Skills workshops: regular hands-on training sessions for students and adults that cover the basics of networking, cybersecurity hygiene, and the cloud. Affordable access: smaller businesses can get modern infrastructure without having to pay much money up front by using flexible procurement and leasing options.
2. Giving to the community and businesses
We make community the most important part of our company culture. Time to volunteer: employees have set days to volunteer for local charities and tech education programs. Partnerships with charities: we choose and support causes that fit with skills-based giving, like STEM outreach and digital literacy.Local involvement: sponsoring community events and hackathons that promote tech careers, and starting your own business. 0Why it matters: stronger local ecosystems create stronger customers and more resilient supply chains.
3. Technology that is both sustainable and circular
For IT, sustainability means making products last longer and having less of an effect on the environment.
Responsible sourcing: When we suggest solutions, we look for vendors who are open about their environmental practices and think about the impact of the whole lifecycle. Repair, refurbish, and reuse are permanent internal procedures that help devices last longer before they are recycled.
Energy efficiency: we focus on low-power architectures, cooling strategies that use less energy, and cloud optimisations that lower energy use in production deployments.Policy for e-waste: certified recycling partners and safe data destruction for all equipment that is no longer useful.
Commitment: keep making our installations and client solutions better so that they use less waste and CO2.
4. Moral responsibility to customers
Integrity is what guides every interaction with our people.
Staff training: ongoing professional development in ethics, data protection (GDPR), health and safety, and leading in a way that includes everyone. A fair workplace has open hiring, clear paths for advancement, and a safe, welcoming space for all workers.
Putting the customer first means clear pricing, responsible product recommendations, and strong aftercare. Our top priority is solutions that work and last.
Supplier code of conduct: We expect partners to meet basic labour, environment and governance standards.
How do we know we've done well?
We keep track of progress by setting clear, public goals like:
The number of refurbished devices given away each year. Staff members logged volunteer hours. Percentage of partner vendors that have made their sustainability policies public. Client energy savings from projects that optimise things.
